Important
Be cautious of kits that include non-certified or “Scotch-type” tapes. These can produce misleading adhesion readings. Our CHT-25 Adhesion Test Tape is specifically formulated, tested, and certified to meet ASTM D3359 standards for accurate results.
How to Use
Score the coating through to the substrate using the multi-toothed blade.
Apply the included tape over the hatched area.
Remove the tape and inspect how much of the coating was removed.
Compare the test area to the images on the included classification chart to determine the adhesion rating.
