These stainless steel specialty stubs have been specifically designed for asphalt bitumen research testing. These are the same stubs suggested for use by AASHTO for Determining Asphalt Binder Bond Strength by Means of the Bitumen Bond Strength (BBS) Test.
Due to the lower demand for these stubs, the price is relatively high. However, they can be cleaned and reused. These stubs are sold in packages of 10. Quantity discounts are available as well.
